Registration Info
This year, we offer several registration options for in-person attendance. Please note that NO CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) credits will be offered this year for in-person or virtual attendance.
Register early to take advantage of Early Bird Pricing, available now through January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PDT).
Standard Pricing will be in effect from January 31, 2026 after 11:59 PM to February 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PDT).
If you miss both the Early Bird and Standard Pricing deadlines, you can still register online from February 18 through February 20, and on-site on February 21-22 for in-person attendance. However, meals are not guaranteed for last call tickets.
Upon registration, wet lab preferences can be selected up until February 7, 2026. Attendees will be selected via a lottery system. Attendance must be in-person to be considered for the wet labs. Wet labs are only eligible for UC Davis veterinary students.
Virtual registration will be open through the days of the event.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided for in-person attendees. Don't forget to bring your own water bottle for all sessions; there will be a refill station available.

- Early Bird: $15 + free gift (now through January 31)
General: $20 (February 1-18)
Last Call: $25 (February 19-20) - One-Day In-Person Attendance Registration
- Early Bird: $10 + free gift (now through January 31)
General: $15 (February 1-18, 2026)
Last Call*: $20 per day (February 19-22, 2026)
*Last call tickets will not be guaranteed breakfast and/or lunch - Virtual Attendance Registration
- The cost of all virtual attendees, regardless of one or two-day attendance, is $5.
- Wet Lab Attendance Registration
- Wet labs are only offered to in-person attendees. Interest and ranking of wet lab preference can be noted upon registration. Attendees will be selected based on a lottery system, with included consideration of class seniority and date of purchase. Chosen attendees will need to pay an additional $5 per wet lab.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or refunds will be offered to in-person attendees. Virtual attendees may be eligible for reimbursement if significant technical difficulties occurred during the event.
