David Wolking, MSc

David Wolking, MSc, leads collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams to enable global research and capacity-strengthening projects focused on One Health, health security, livelihood improvement, and poverty reduction. He provides technical direction for the USAID-funded PREDICT project, and he is senior project manager for the DARPA PREEMPT project at UC Davis. Prior his work with the One Health Institute, David helped develop education, risk communication, outreach and training programs for a wide range of organizations, published articles in peer-reviewed journals, managed marketing and communications for major donor-funded programs, and served as a teacher, administrator, researcher and evaluator.
